    This luxuriously decadent chocolate egg is beautifully hand-decorated by our head chocolatier Helen as part of our Gourmet Egg range this Easter. It is then crafted using fine-flavoured chocolate from Willies Cacao.

     

    Our Caramel egg is a celebration of both milk & dark chocolate, made from Venezuelan trinitario beans. Chosen for their caramelly notes that pair beautifully with our soft salted caramel, we have crafted one half in each chocolate. Each half is then layered with our gooey soft salted caramel inside, and sandwiched with a delicious crispy wafer-filled chocolate layer.

     

    Each handmade egg weighs in around 250g, and comes wrapped in paper, and packaged in a luxury cylinder gift box. Each egg box is then tied with a ribbon made from recycled plastic bottles.

  • Dark Chocolate (min cocoa solids 72%): cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter.

    Milk Chocolate (min cocoa solids 44%): raw cane, cocoa mass, MILK powder, cocoa butter.

    White Chocolate (min cocoa solids 28%): sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

     

    Caramel ingredients: sugar, double cream (MILK), salted butter (MILK), sea salt, lemon juice.

    Wafer ingredients: WHEAT flour,  sugar, concentrated butter (MILK), MILK sugar, MILK proteins, salt, malt extract (BARLEY), raising agent: E500ii.

    Colours: cocoa butter, E555, E551, E172, rice protein, natural colour concentrates: spirulina, safflower,  red cabbage.

     

    This egg contains: DAIRY, GLUTEN, SOYA.

    Made in a kitchen that handles: SOYA, DAIRY, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, GLUTEN.
