Delivery Information

Free Click & Collect Service - Available during our shop opening hours. Generally a collection will be available the day after you have ordered. If you are in a rush, or not sure, give us a call on 01179636956.

Opening hours: Tues - Sat 10 - 5 and Sun 10.30 - 4.30

Cycle & zero emission van deliveries around Bristol:

We have partnered with Pedal, a local cycle & zero emissions delivery

company to offer new emission-free delivery options around the Bristol area,

to the postcodes listed. If your order is to a valid delivery postcode, this option will

come up at the checkout.

These deliveries will be dispatched within 1-5 days once we have a group of orders

to send, for deliveries Tue - Fri. 

Please keep an eye on your emails for a dispatch notification on the day of delivery.

If you are worried that you may be out, please let us know a

safe place to leave the parcel.

Local Walking deliveries

We offer local walking deliveries around the vicinity of the shop - only active for certain roads/postcodes.

If you are within the designated delivery area, this option will come up at the checkout. But please note it's now only a very close 5 min walking area around our shop, so previously active addresses may no longer count for our walking deliveries.

UK wide Royal Mail deliveries

Dispatched within 1-3 days (unless order placed after midday on Friday then it will be dispatched the following Tuesday), and sent through first class post. Please be aware that parcels are taking slightly longer to arrive than normal at the moment.

Voucher postage: £1.80 via Royal Mail first class (1-3 days). This is only applicable to gift voucher purchases, and not chocolate, as these can be sent via light letter post.

 

 

Your items will be dispatched according to the delivery schedule selected and paid for. We can currently only deliver to UK Mainland addresses.

Zara's Chocolates cannot accept responsibility for a delay in the delivery of the items caused by the delivery service. Please be aware that at peak times e.g. Christmas, and during certain events, or adverse weather conditions, delays may occur.



A delivery is not classed as missing until 14 days have passed since the order. If you still have not received your order at the end of this period, please get in touch and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement.
