After trialling a variety of different methods of creating our hot chocolate to serve in the cafe over the years, we have reached a bit of a plateau with the current process and are looking to scale up production. 

The current process is very labour intensive and getting tough on our arms because we can't keep up with the demand in the cafe!

 

Ideally we need to invest in a hot chocolate shaver to increase our production for the cafe, create more luxurious flakey shavings, and allow us to introduce hot chocolate retail packs to take home as well. We often get asked for retail packs, and we would love to be able to bag up our shavings properly for the shelves.

 

Unfortunately like all chocolate equipment, it comes with a hefty price-tag of £3500!!!

 

In order to get this up and running before Christmas, we are looking to raise some additional funds to cover the costs of our new machine, which is where you come in.

 

We have set up a variety of special offer hot chocolate bundles to be created with our new machine, in the style of a crowd-funder set up.
