About the event
Join us for this full day workshop, as you immerse yourself into the world of chocolate!
This class will teach you lots of tricks of the trade as you learn a variety of skills required for working with chocolate, whilst taking home a treasure-trove of chocolates all hand-made by you!
From learning how to use professional chocolate moulds to get beautifully decorated and filled professional-looking chocolates, to decorating and moulding your own chocolate figure (perhaps an Easter egg!), baking crisp almond florentines and more.
Zara will guide you through this full-day class, with plenty of samples along the way!
The full-day class also includes a light lunch and refreshments throughout. Please notify us of any dietary requirements when booking, so we can arrange suitable lunch options.
No experience required, but our workshops are best suited to ages 16+
Maximum class size of 4.
Unfortunately this class isn't suitable for those with a vegan or dairy-free diet. Most of our 2-hour workshops are suitable for a dairy-free diet (please check the details)
