About the event
Get creative with this Christmas figure-moulding class, perfect to start the festive celebrations!
- Learn how to polish and decorate your moulds to a professional standard, and let you creativity run wild with colourful decorating techniques to use on your Santa, Snowman and Tree.
- Mould your chocolate figures, and discover the secrets to getting a neat and hollow finish.
- Whilst these are setting, you will get to hand-pipe a winter-spiced caramel, before learning the technique of hand-rolling for an artisan finish.
At the end of the session, you will get to package everything up to take home!
No experience required, but our workshops are best suited to ages 16+
Maximum class size of 6.
Unfortunately this class isn't suitable for those with a vegan or dairy-free diet.
