With a very high cocoa content for a milk chocolate, this bar is much lower in sugar than most dark chocolate bars. The Madagascan cacao is grown, fermented, and processed at source by Chocolat Madagascar. Like a fine wine, their cocoa is turned from a crop into chocolate within days, rather than years of being picked. This allows the natural cocoa flavours to be captured in the chocolate, whilst increasing the profits for the Malagasy people.
