About the event
Tempering is a key skill in producing excellent chocolates. Over the course of a 2 hour workshop, our experienced chocolatier will teach you the process of chocolate tempering using both the tabling and seeding methods, imparting essential tips and tricks of the trade along the way.
With your tempered chocolate, you will have the opportunity to mould your own sets of chocolate bars, finished with fruits, nuts, seeds and other delicious additions!
Enjoy learning the traditional art of hand-tempering your chocolate on the marble, a skill our chocolatiers still use most days!
No experience required, so this class can suit beginners starting their chocolate journey, as well as those who have some experience but are wanting to fine-tune and get some additional help and advice, in order to perfect their finish.
