About the event
If you love a decadent chocolate truffle and smooth hazelnut praline, and would love to learn how to make your own - then this is the class for you!
- Let your imagination run free as you browse our collection of ingredients, ready for you to use.
- Choose how to flavour your own freshly prepared ganache, before learning to pipe, dip, and decorate your truffles to a professional finish.
- Learn the secrets of a deliciously smooth praline, as you create indulgent hazelnut praline cups, topped with a chocolate and nut lid.
At the end of the session you'll get to box up your chocolates beautifully to show off to your friends and family.
No experience required, but our workshops are best suited to ages 16+
Class suitable for vegan or dairy-free. Please choose the dark chocolate option at checkout.
