About the event
Join us for this full day workshop, as you immerse yourself into the world of chocolate!
This class will teach you lots of tricks of the trade as you learn a variety of skills required for working with chocolate, whilst taking home a treasure-trove of chocolates all hand-made by you!
From learning how to use professional chocolate moulds to get beautifully decorated and filled professional-looking truffles, to decorating and moulding your own chocolate figure, baking crisp almond florentines and more.
Zara will guide you through this full-day class, with plenty of samples along the way!
You will get to package up all your creations at the end of the session, ready to gift to your loved ones at Christmas (or devour yourself before!)
The full-day class also includes a light lunch and refreshments throughout. Please notify us of any dietary requirements when booking, so we can arrange suitable lunch options!
*We cover the basics of chocolate tempering in this class through demonstrations rather than hands-on experience. If you would like hands-on tempering experience, please check out our Tempering Masterclass*
No experience required, so this class can suit beginners starting their chocolate journey, as well as those who have some experience but are wanting to fine-tune and get some additional help and advice, in order to perfect their finish.
Workshop suitable for ages 16+
Unfortunately this class isn't suitable for those with a vegan or dairy-free diet.
