Chocolate heart moulding with salted caramels

Get creative with this figure-moulding class, perfect for making gifts for your Mum this Mothering Sunday (or a lovely opportunity to spend some time together!)

• Learn how to polish and decorate your moulds to a professional standard, and let your creativity run wild with colourful decorating techniques to use on your chocolate heart boxes.
• Mould your chocolate hearts, and discover the secrets to getting a neat and hollow finish.
• Whilst these are setting, you will get to hand-pipe our salted caramel into chocolate shells, before learning the technique of hand-rolling for an artisan finish.

At the end of the session, you will get to package everything up to take home!

No experience required, so this class can suit beginners starting their chocolate journey, as well as those who have some experience but are wanting to fine-tune and get some additional help and advice, in order to perfect their finish.
