  • Cinnamon Mallow with Hazelnut & Pecan Praline - Cinnamon marshmallow, layered with a crunchy pecan & hazelnut milk chocolate praline. 

    Stollen VG - A generous layer of marzipan, layered with a rich dark chocolate almond praline, topped with cranberries & sultanas.

    Gingerbread Hazelnut Caramel - Our rich, chewy caramel layered with a gingerbread spiced hazelnut praline, all wrapped in a milk chocolate shell.

  • Cinnamon Mallow with Hazelnut Pecan Praline - 

    Chocolate ingredients: (Min cocoa content 40%) cocoa mass, sugar, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Marshmallow: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, invert sugar, honey, leaf gelatin, Vanilla Extract (contains alcohol). 

    Additional ingredients: HAZELNUTS, PECAN NUTS, cinnamon.

    Recipe contains gelatin, so is not vegetarian.

     

    Gingerbread Spiced Hazelnut Praline & Caramel - 

    Chocolate ingredients: (Min cocoa content 40%) cocoa mass, sugar, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

    Additional ingredients: HAZELNUTS, sugar, CREAM, BUTTER, glucose syrup, ground spice blend (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove).

     

    Rich Dark Stollen, with Fruit & Nuts - 

    Chocolate ingredients: (chocolate cocoa content 62%) cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

    Additional ingredients: ALMONDS, invert sugar, sugar, dried cranberries, sultanas, SULPHUR DIOXIDE.

     

    All made in a kitchen that handles NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, DAIRY, SOYA, GLUTEN, EGGS.
