About the event
Tempering is a key skill in producing excellent chocolate. Over the course of a 2 hour workshop our experienced chocolatiers will teach you the process of chocolate tempering, imparting essential tips and tricks of the trade along the way.
Each class participant will get their hands chocolatey as they learn to hand-temper chocolate using both the tabling and seeding methods.
With your tempered chocolate, you will have the opportunity to hand-pipe some traditional chocolate mendiants, finishing these with fruit, nuts, seeds and other delicious additions!
No experience required, but our workshops are best suited to ages 16+
This class is suitable for vegan or dairy-free participants too. (Please choose the dark chocolate option at checkout)

If you have any questions, or can no longer attend this event, please contact the shop. For late cancellations (within 7 days of the workshop date), we ask for a £10 surcharge when you rearrange onto another session, unless we are able to fill your space. Look forward to seeing you there!
