Get creative with this Christmas figure-moulding class, perfect to start the festive celebrations!
Learn how to polish and decorate your moulds to a professional standard, and let your creativity run wild with decorating techniques to use on your festive figure.
Mould your chocolate figure, and discover the secrets to getting a neat and hollow finish.
Whilst these are setting, you will get to hand-pipe your own set of chocolate mendiants, topped with fruit & nuts.
At the end of the session, you will get to package everything up to take home!
No experience required, so this class can suit beginners starting their chocolate journey, as well as those who have some experience but are wanting to fine-tune and get some additional help and advice, in order to perfect their finish.
