Giant Rocher Workshop

A brand new addition to our workshop schedule this Autumn, come and try your hand at making your own Giant Hazelnut Rochers from start to finish. A must for all hazelnut lovers, our chocolatiers will guide you through each step as you go, so your rochers will be good enough to don our shelves by the end of the class. (But don't worry, you get to take them all home!)

• Learn how to use professional moulds and equipment to create your hollow rocher shell.

• Create and pipe a caramelised hazelnut praline into your shells.

• Learn how to turn your pralines into 3D rocher spheres.

• Practise the art of hand-rolling to get a crispy exterior, for the signatue rocher crunch.

• At the end of the session, you will get to package everything up to take home!
