The Arriba cacao used for this chocoalte is from the Nacional variety of beans, but with it's own unique flavours profile. It was named after the Upper Guaya River area in Ecuador, where it is found. Arriba beans are now very sought-after for their nuances in flavour.
This milk chocolate has a deliciously creamy, caramel flavour that is sure to pelase, and has been made in Belgium by Barry Callebaut.
